Cashier Position Open

• Greeting customers when they enter the establishment
• Using cash registers to scan goods being purchased and charge customers
• Honoring coupons and stamps
• Keeping track of transactions and noting any discrepancies
• Taking payments from customers and providing them with the appropriate change when applicable

• Processing product exchanges or returns
• Issuing refunds or store credit to customers who return products
• Ensuring store shelves are stocked
• Keeping checkout area tidy and sanitized
• Assisting with customer requests and inquiries

Communication:

Good communication skills. Must be fluent in English and Urdu/Hindi

Interpersonal skills:

Cashier must have personable demeanor and be friendly and helpful to all customers. Must have positive vibes and attitude

Multitasking:

Cashier must perform several tasks at once, such as checking out guests while holding a conversation with them.

POS literacy:

Cashier must be computer literate and must have previous experience with POS system or being open to learn new POS system to complete transactions more quickly and accurately.

Punctuality:

Been on time to work and completing tasks on deadline is vital for cashiers

Flexibility:

Many cashiers experience shifting priorities or situations in the workplace, so being flexible and adaptable can ensure they are able to handle responsibilities.
